E999 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Policies

E999 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online entertainment and betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all members ("you" or "member") using the e999 platform.

By creating an account or using the e999 platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

To register and use e999's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years must be.
• Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• The account must be registered in your own name and for your own use — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Users must be of sound mind and be using the platform of their own free will.

E999 may request a copy of your National ID or passport for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. If there is any suspicion that an account is being used by a minor, e999 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately.

Every individual at e999 Only One open an account. If any individual is found to be operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and balances may be forfeited.

• Only one account can be created per mobile number.
• The same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number cannot be used across multiple accounts.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.

All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Opening an account with false information is a violation of our policy. The following details must be entered correctly:

• An active mobile number registered in your name.
• Accurate identity information (applicable during the KYC process).
• Valid payment method details.

To update any account information, please contact the support team. Self-editing of sensitive details is restricted — this is in place to protect your account security.

The security of your account is primarily your own responsibility. e999 recommends following these security guidelines:

• Use a strong password — combine letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your login credentials, password, or OTP with anyone.
• E999 will never ask for your password or OTP over the phone or via chat.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately and contact support.

E999 is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by e999's own fault.

E999 accepts deposits via Bkash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (all methods).
• There are no extra charges on deposits — the full amount will be credited to your account.
• The mobile number used for the deposit must match the number registered on your account.
• Deposits made from third-party numbers will not be accepted and may not be refunded.
• Deposits are typically credited within 5 seconds. Minor delays may occur between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings or regular balance:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300.
• Daily Maximum: ৳50,000 (bKash), ৳30,000 (Nagad), ৳25,000 (Rocket).
• The withdrawal number must match the payment number registered to your account.
• No additional conditions apply for withdrawals from regular balance.
• Withdrawals from bonus balance require the wagering requirement to be fulfilled.
• Processing time: typically 1–3 hours. Up to 12 hours during peak periods.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions at e999 — individual promotions may also carry their own specific conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement of generally 10x the bonus amount applies (10x for the welcome bonus).
• Validity: 30 days from the date the bonus is issued. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses may not be available on all games. A list of eligible games is provided on each promotion's page.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account termination.
• E999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion — however, ongoing offers will not be cancelled midway.

Know Your Customer (KYC) is an identity verification process that e999 may request under certain circumstances:

• When making a large withdrawal (above ৳20,000) for the first time.
• If unusual activity is detected on your account.
• At any time, for security verification purposes.

KYC typically requires a scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport. All submitted information is kept secure in accordance with our privacy policy. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete.

General rules that apply to all types of betting on e999:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• Bets will not be accepted if there are insufficient funds in your account.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error, e999 reserves the right to void or correct that bet.
• If an event is cancelled or does not take place, all bets will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned, the result will be determined in accordance with the applicable betting rules.
• In live betting, odds are subject to change — the odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at e999. If detected, your account may be immediately suspended and your balance forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Creating artificial transactions to exploit bonus benefits.
• Using hacking, scripts, or bots to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another member's account, or assisting others in doing so.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Intimidating or threatening e999 staff.

E999 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to develop healthy, responsible gaming habits.

Features available to e999 members for their own use:

• Deposit Limit: Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Setting a time limit on how long you play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspending your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently self-exclude from the platform.

• Losses or missed bets caused by internet disconnection.
• Any loss resulting from an issue with your own device.
• Service disruptions caused by internet or telecommunications outages in Bangladesh.
• Any losses resulting from you sharing your login credentials with a third party.
• Any indirect or consequential losses beyond the balance held in your account.

E999 is committed to fair treatment and will work to resolve any clear losses suffered by a member due to technical errors.

E999 reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as needed. In the event of any changes:

• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
